There's an aroma therapy/oils shop in town. Therapy? Fuck that noise this shit gives me allergies. Wife brought some home that was given to her as a gift and right away the corners of my eyes itched, eyes got watery and I was sneezing like a mother fucker. She agreed to chuck in the trash but also asked if I should go to an allergist to get tested. I never had a problem before I had exposure to that "therapeutic" aroma. Another friend told me his wife was wearing some kind of holistic mud mask in the shower from a skin care shop and the shit almost destroyed his home plumbing.

Enough is enough with this holistic hippie bullshit.

Usually back into the drive. Leave for work in the dark. Started the car this morning and the headlights turned on. Spooked two good size deer that were walking across the driveway of the house across the street. Hadn't seen deer in the hood in 7-8 years.

Varies wildly, but generally average ~6½ hours of sleep a night during the weekdays. Went to bed early last night and got 9. Could barely keep my eyes open at work late this morning. Took a short nap in my vehicle at lunchtime. Could hardly keep my eyes open this afternoon.

Sleep is overrated.

Everyone is different, but there is probably a reason you slept for 9 hrs and took a nap. Your body is probably playing catch up. I sleep 8-9 per night. I can function off 2, doesn't mean it is good. The big deisel engine needs its downtime.

A lot has been going on with me bros. I met a girl who I really like. She’s reminds me of myself. I trust her and I know she has good intentions. And she likes me and I know we’re both in good hands

On the flip side something horrible has happened. My only ex contacted me out of the blue at the same time and wants to get together. I’ve told her casually that I’m looking for someone who I can trust and who has good intentions and she just laughed at me. She’s emotionally abusing me and it’s not right. But I keep going back into it like an idiot. She’s a histrionic type.

My sister who’s incredibly good at reading people in a somewhat scary way told me to stop talking to her. She’s looking for attention and I’m giving it to her.

Do I just block her texts? because I’m so happy I found someone else. One door closes and another door opens.

I just keep on telling myself that there’s no problem with catching up with an old friend. But she’s making this unbearable where I really just can’t fathom seeing her ever again.

She might be trying to be kinky but that’s not what I’m looking for right now. I don’t want this woman to be the mother of my future children, so what’s the point?

I’ve felt like shit these last couple weeks and it’s sabotaging my relationship with the other girl
