I'll let ya know. Based on my previous three, my arm got a little sore and I needed more rest/naps than usual the next day.

I have a run scheduled for tomorrow morning so I'll see how I feel when I wake up and make a game time decision and go from there.

Getting my 2nd booster tomorrow.

Had my annual physical this morning and my doc said the COVID omicron BA.2 is the most contagious variant yet. Is more contagious than the measles virus that was the most contagious until omicron BA.2

Good news is the BA.2 isn’t as deadly as the delta variant however if not previously vaccinated it can put you into the hospital.

My doc advised if you are planning to vacation or travel for business and fly to get the 2nd booster. He’s expecting to see an annual COVD booster by November 2022 like flu shots.

Been pretty safe (though I have let my guard down some recently) and vax'd X 4.

I feel fine. Minor cold symptoms. Sniffles and I feel kinda droopy. Ran for 45 minutes on the wooded trails of Pure Michigan yesterday, so I'm still functioning. Just gonna hang in now for whatever the latest CDC recommendations are.

At least I have a reason to lay around now.

Minor cold symptoms seem to be a common thing with some people I've talked to.
