LSU job SCREAMS Tom Herman's name. LSU is probably hungry for an offense-minded coach who can light up the scoreboard.

He just re-upped last year for a 5-year deal. He said he would stay at Houston, maybe only if they get into the Big 12. He does, however, get a $5 mil bonus if they join the B12.

Buyout is $2.5 million, so that's not really an issue.

I have a buddy who's an LSU alum. He forwarded me a bunch of desperate plea emails from the university to the alumni base stating that they were broke and couldn't pay the bills for the fall semester. The school would close by November absent some drastic intervention.
I know Athletics is a separate animal but seeing $2.5 M buyouts so quickly dismissed is nothing short of laughable.
