What will it take to convince the indifferent and unconcerned among us how clear and grave a danger Donald Trump and his autocratic enablers are? His latest Nazi talk to “root out” the “vermin”? The out-in-the-open plotting to make the Justice Department his personal weapon to pursue retribution in 2025 against his alleged enemies? Gleeful planning to round up migrants in sweeping raids, put them in mass detention camps, then deport them without due process? Cold-blooded intentions to exploit the Insurrection Act to deploy the military against domestic protestors? A spokesman who attacks critics by promising when Trump wins they will “crush”’ their “sad, miserable existence”?

In its latest quarterly survey of businesses, research firm Oxford Economics asked if a second Trump presidency would represent a geopolitical risk. Thirty-four percent said Trump would pose a “very significant” political risk if he won the White House again, while 42% said it would pose “significant” risk. That’s 76% of businesses that see Trump as some sort of threat to their operations.

the mainstream media is and has been running with it for some time.

The Michigan house is made up of 56 Democrats, 54 Republicans, and zero Libertarians.

Michigan state Rep. Neil Friske (R-Charlevoix) was arrested early Thursday morning after he reportedly chased a stripper with a gun after a disagreement the two had.

According to initial reports from the Lansing-based MIRS News, Friske was arrested by the Lansing Police Department with a gun in his possession at 2:25 a.m. near his home, after sources said he allegedly chased an adult dancer from his home.
